Who are we?
With over 25 years of experience in Food Processing, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, and Regulatory Compliance, our team helps Canadian food businesses see regulation differently—not as a barrier, but as a space for improvement, innovation, and growth.
We support companies in meeting the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), building Preventive Control Plans (PCPs), and developing strong, practical food safety systems that fit their reality.
Our work focuses on three areas:
- Regulatory and Food Safety Consultancy – helping businesses meet SFCR, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements with clear systems and adaptable solutions.
- Training and Workforce Development – creating multilingual programs in Food Hygiene, HACCP, and SFCR for Small Businesses, built on sound curriculum design and meaningful learning experiences.
- Research and Innovation for Sustainability – advancing applied microbiology, product development, and sustainable food and water technologies such as aquaponics and hydroponics.
In partnership with Dr. Christopher Kinsley at the University of Ottawa, we offer sustainable water management solutions that help industries align environmental goals with operational performance.
We also collaborate with Raja Hatoum, CEO of EliteCompass, to bring leadership, emotional intelligence, and creative thinking into food safety culture—helping people think differently, work smarter, and lead with confidence.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, our team connects science, systems, and people—turning compliance into clarity, trust, and sustainable progress.
